A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Manchester. The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:
- M&A transactions
