  • Assisting on a wide range of commercial litigation matters including contractual and commercial disputes
  • Supporting cases across litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
  • Exposure to professional negligence, injunctions and reputation management issues
  • Involvement in contentious insolvency and public law-related disputes
  • Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
  • Gradually developing responsibility for managing your own caseload
  • Delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a seat in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Exposure to contentious work through training contract or prior experience
