A leading national law firm recognised for its expertise in insurance litigation and its collaborative, inclusive culture is now seeking a Paralegal to join its well-established Property Damage team.

In this role, you will support experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of defendant property damage matters, including claims arising from fires, floods, escapes of water, subsidence, and impact damage. The work involves defending claims on behalf of insurers, local authorities, and housing associations.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Preparing court documents
  • Managing evidence and disclosure
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Liaising with experts and counsel
  • Assisting in hearings and case conferences
  • Progressing files to resolution
  • Contributing to maintaining strong client relationships

The Candidate

  • Paralegal with experience in Property Damage or Defendant Insurance claims

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
