As part of the continued growth of a leading Healthcare Team, this highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their team. You’ll work alongside a well-established team, managing a broad range of regulatory matters including inquests, Court of Protection cases, Deprivation of Liberty issues, and Information Law.
With a consistent flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and technically proficient lawyer to make a meaningful impact while delivering outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of healthcare regulatory matters, from routine to complex
- Represent clients in inquests and Court of Protection proceedings
- Advise on Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law issues
- Engage in advocacy across relevant forums
- Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years’ PQE
- Solid experience in healthcare regulatory law
- Advocacy experience is essential
- Capable of handling a diverse caseload independently
- Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape
- Excellent technical and organisational skills
- Pragmatic, methodical, and commercially aware
- Committed to delivering high-quality client service
- Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

- 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase additional days
