A rare opportunity has arisen for a junior solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 Crime firm in their Criminal Regulatory and Professional Discipline department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious junior, looking to develop a long-term career and work exclusively within the Professional Regulation and Discipline team, advising and representing clients.
The role will involve:
- Representing clients at police stations, including out-of-hours attendance
- Acting for professionals subject to regulatory and disciplinary proceedings
- Analysing and managing large volumes of evidence
- Working effectively under tight deadlines in high-pressure matters
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the department
Candidate Requirements:
- Be a qualified solicitor (0β3 PQE)
- Hold full Police Station Accreditation
- Hold Duty Solicitor Accreditation
- Have a strong interest in professional regulation and disciplinary work
- Be keen to obtain Higher Rights of Audience
- Be confident representing clients, including outside normal office hours
- Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
