The Role- Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions
- Supporting clients on joint ventures, fundraising, and shareholder agreements
- Providing corporate advisory support to a diverse national and international client base
- Handling high-value and complex transactions from instruction through to completion
- Working closely with partners and colleagues across the firm’s national platform
- Driving business development activity, networking, client targeting, and pipeline generation
- Playing a leading role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the London market
- Contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the London corporate practice
- Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner with experience across a range of corporate matters
- Proven or emerging track record in business development and winning work
