This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of asset classes, specifically working on Corporate deals where real estate is the underlying asset. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Real Estate Lawyer in London seeking high-quality work, strong progression prospects, and a genuinely collegiate culture.
- Advising on Corporate deals (M&A, Private Equity) where real estate is the underlying asset
- Assisting with joint ventures and large-scale development projects
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
Qualified Lawyer with 1-5 PQE and strong experience in Corporate real estate. Strong background, ideally trained with a Silver circle / Magic circle / US law firm. Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors. Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
Competitive salary between £170,000 and £250,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive medical insurance, pension, life insurance provision, generous annual leave, parental leave package, and commuter benefits.
