This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of asset classes, specifically working on Corporate deals where real estate is the underlying asset. - Advising on Corporate deals (M&A, Private Equity) where real estate is the underlying asset
- Assisting with joint ventures and large-scale development projects
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
Qualified Lawyer with 1-5 PQE and strong experience in Corporate real estate.
- Strong background, ideally trained with a Silver circle / Magic circle / US law firm
- Experience working across multiple asset classes and sectors
- Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
Competitive salary between £170,000 and £250,000 depending on experience.
