This is an opportunity to join a well-established national law firm with a strong and growing corporate practice across the UK. The firm advises an impressive national and international client base and is recognised for the quality of its work and its collaborative, partner-led culture.

The role will be based in the firm’s London office, which is a key strategic hub within the firm’s national corporate offering. The London team continues to grow and requires an ambitious Senior Corporate Solicitor/ Partner to support and drive further expansion, working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider national platform.

The position will involve a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. Instructions will be generated through both the London office and referrals from the firm’s established national teams.

This role will suit an ambitious corporate lawyer seeking to further develop their profile in the London market, with a genuine opportunity to contribute to business development, client relationship management and the long-term growth of the London corporate practice.
