- Grow and Build the brand new team in Nottingham
- Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate planning
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
The Candidate:
- Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across private client work
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
- Well-connected in the Nottingham market with strong referrer relationships
- Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development
