We are pleased to present this Top tier, specialist, Legal 500 law firm. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Solicitor to work alongside its highly reputable team.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of complex court of protection, property and affair matters as well as liaising with clients, their families, financial advisors and expert professionals appointed on behalf of the client.
- Court of Protection Solicitor with 2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience gained in Court of protection
- Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and excellent financial acumen
- Strong client care, commercial awareness, and presentation skills
Up to £65,000 depending on experience
- ~28 days annual leave (increasing with service) and statutory bank holidays
- ~ Individual and team based performance bonuses
