Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Paralegal to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will work alongside Solicitors and Senior Solicitors in the running of a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial.
- You will support pre‑litigation and litigated work, with the opportunity to handle your own caseload.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling a Clinical Negligence caseload or assisting a Senior Solicitor.
- Understanding of the Clinical Negligence Pre‑Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.
- Experience liaising with medical agencies and third parties including defendants.
- Strong drafting skills for legal documents.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent client care skills.
