The Role: Supporting fee earners across a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, and general Dispute Resolution matters Assisting with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and bundles for Litigation proceedings Handling new enquiries and supporting case progression within the Dispute Resolution team Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings, taking detailed notes Acting as a key point of contact in the absence of fee earners, managing communications effectively Drafting correspondence and providing client updates across Litigation matters Supporting the progression of cases through proactive and organised file management The Candidate: A Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Litigation / Dispute Resolution Experience across Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, and/or general civil disputes required Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Experience using case management systems A proactive and motivated individual with a genuine interest in Litigation and career progression Based within commutable distance of Chester, or willing to relocate The Benefits
