Senior Associate – London – Competitive Salary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding international law firm with a stellar reputation for litigation, white-collar defense, and corporate advisory. The firm is a full-service U.S. law firm, founded in 1999, and has grown into a national powerhouse with offices across the U.S. and a newly launched London office to meet growing client demand.
The London office offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex disputes, including cross-border litigation, fraud, corporate investigations, and high-stakes commercial matters. The team combines the expertise of a major U.S. firm with a nimble, boutique-style approach, emphasising high-quality client service, innovation, and collaboration.
You will be involved in:
- Handling high-value, complex litigation matters for sophisticated clients across finance, tech, media, entertainment, insurance, and hospitality sectors
- Supporting corporate, restructuring, intellectual property, aviation, employment, and regulatory matters where relevant
- Engaging in cross-border disputes, working closely with U.S. and international teams
- Contributing to the growth and development of the London office from Day 1, with the opportunity to shape the culture and operational practices
