The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of sales and purchase, buy-to-lets for multiple property owners, and landlords.

The Candidate
- Residential property conveyancer / solicitor with at least 3 years experience
- Ability to handle a varied caseload of Residential property matters
- Manage your own caseload of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Experience with Case Management systems is preferred.
