Document Production Specialist – South Manchester
This is a superb opportunity to join a Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Business Support department, it is now seeking to appoint a Document Production Assistant / Specialist to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.
The successful candidate will possess fast and accurate copy and audio typing skills, and must have the ability to organise and expedite work whilst maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and in all situations.
The ideal candidate must be confident working individually with minimal supervision and have a proven record within document production roles.
The Candidate
- Advanced Word/Office skills are essential for this role as is the ability to produce, format and work with complex and lengthy documents and agreements
- Intermediate PowerPoint and Publisher skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
