Commercial / Corporate Disputes Team
- This includes breach of fiduciary duties, unfair prejudice actions, shareholder derivative claims, contractual disputes, and M&A-related litigation.
- The team is highly collaborative, combining transactional and contentious expertise, and offers an environment where new partners can play a key role in building and shaping the Leeds practice.
Requirements:
- Established Commercial Litigation Partner with experience handling high-value, complex disputes.
- Strong experience in shareholder, director, and company disputes, including fiduciary, unfair prejudice, derivative, contractual, and M&A claims.
