This is an excellent opportunity for an Inquests Solicitor to work on nationally significant, sensitive and high-profile matters involving health and social care organisations across both the public and independent sectors in Leeds.

  • Handling complex legal, procedural and advisory issues
  • Preparing cases and undertaking advocacy where appropriate

Qualified Solicitor with experience in inquests and/or Court of Protection work.

Experience working with health and social care clients (public or private sector).

Advocacy experience desirable but not essential.

Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience.

~28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
