Multi Track RTA Solicitor - Leeds / Liverpool
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTA Solicitor to join a Top Tier Legal Firm, managing fast and multi-track RTA claims with values of up to £100,000 on both delegated and non-delegated bases for a variety of insurer clients.
The successful candidate will work independently, using their initiative to review files, formulate strategies, and achieve the best outcomes for clients. The role may also involve supervising file handlers within the team.
You will manage all aspects of cases from initial review and strategy formulation to trial preparation and resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing evidence, instructing counsel and experts, drafting documentation, managing costs and pre-trial reports, attending conferences and trials, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The Candidate
- A Qualified Solicitor
- Experience handling RTA claims, with a handling authority of at least £50,000
- Ability to manage fast and multi-track files independently
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including negotiation skills
- Ability to follow work processes and adhere to case strategy
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and regulatory compliance
