An internationally recognised law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its market-leading Employment practice in London. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with a senior partner group on complex, high-profile employment matters. You will sit within a well-resourced London team supported by a large international employment platform, providing access to cross-border projects and career-defining work across multiple sectors including energy, infrastructure and transport.
The Role
- Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues
- Leading aspects of cross-border employment projects and restructures
- Advising on executive appointments, exits and sensitive workforce issues
- Supporting TUPE, outsourcing and employment aspects of corporate matters
- Managing your own caseload with significant client exposure
- Working closely with partners on high-value, complex mandates
The Candidate
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience gained within a City or international firm environment
- Background advising on complex employment litigation and advisory matters
- Experience in supporting transactional projects
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing client relationships and senior stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within an international platform
