A highly regarded regional law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its well-established and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor in Leeds to work within a collaborative, commercially focused team handling a broad range of high-quality real estate matters.

As a Real Estate Solicitor in their Leeds office, you’ll act for a diverse client base on complex and engaging work, with strong support, clear progression and flexible working.

The Role

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
  • Supporting development and investment work
  • Acting on leases, licences and property finance matters
  • Working closely with corporate and banking teams
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and team growth

The Candidate

  • 1–5 PQE Solicitor with real estate or commercial property experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across commercial property matters
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Able to manage matters independently with support
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious with a desire to progress
