The predicted salary is between 42000 - 58500 £ per year.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Serious & Catastrophic Injury team, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal to work alongside the existing team to work on the upmost severe EL / PL & RTA cases, to include brain, spinal injuries and fatality cases.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working on Multi-track personal injury cases. You will be assisting in investigating liability and quantum, reviewing medical records, taking witness statements, drafting Court documents and complex advices to the client, attending conferences and negotiating settlement.
The firm are Tier 1 ranked in the Legal 500, with many leading Partners you will be working with. With a steady flow of instructions from existing clients, the firm are seeking a motivated, technically strong Lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.

The Candidate
- Experience working on Personal Injury claims is essential – whether claimant or defendant
- Background of EL / PL and/or motor claims
- Good commercial awareness with an ability to provide commercially rounded advice to clients and view matters from a business perspective
- A flexible attitude with an ability to adapt to rapid change, both internally and in the context of clients’ businesses
