Job Description
The Role
William James Recruitment is exclusively instructed by a disputes-only boutique practice in London, looking to recruit an International Arbitration Senior Associate.
Our client specialises in complex commercial litigation, arbitrations and investigations. In particular, the firm handles high-stakes, cross-jurisdictional matters spanning across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the US and major offshore jurisdictions. The firm is ranked in the top tier for Dispute Resolution Specialist Firm in Chambers UK 2025.
This opportunity is for an experienced International Arbitration Senior Associate to join the practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the international arbitration department of a reputable UK law firm and will have obtained an English law qualification.
You will also require experience and a high level of familiarity with English arbitration law and the rules of key arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and ICSID is key.
The firm is looking for lawyers to share their vision and become a valued member of the close-knit and exceptional team. The firm will invest in the development of its lawyers and support individuals to develop a network of international arbitration business contacts.
