Intellectual Property Solicitor β Senior Associate β Oxford Up to 90,000 + Benefits
A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with a thriving Corporate & Commercial team is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor to join their Oxford office.
This is a strategic growth hire β the firm is currently turning away IP work and is ready to invest in building out a dedicated IP offering. Youβll have the chance to lead and shape a new service line, working alongside respected lawyers and a strong client base.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of IP matters, including:
- Trade mark registration, portfolio management, and enforcement.
- Copyright advice, licensing, and infringement disputes.
- Design rights and protection strategies.
- IP commercialisation β licensing, franchising, joint ventures, and R&D agreements.
- IP aspects of corporate transactions and M&A.
- Domain name disputes and online brand protection.
- Cease and desist actions and litigation support.

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 7 Years PQE in IP law (contentious and/or non-contentious)
