A leading Legal 500 law firm is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Partner to join its expanding Insurance team. This national role can be based in any of the firm’s offices across the UK, offering excellent flexibility and hybrid working options. You will work alongside an existing Partner to lead and develop a resilient, varied insurance litigation practice, advising insurers and professionals on complex disputes. Your role will include pre-action and litigation procedural matters, supervising junior fee earners, and actively contributing to business development to drive the team’s continued growth.

The Candidate

  • Existing Partner, Principal Associate, or Legal Director
  • Portable book not essential but advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear drive to grow a legal practice
  • Proven track record in insurance litigation from a leading city or national firm
  • Enthusiastic about business development and professional growth
  • Senior Associates ready to step up are welcome to apply
