As the firm’s Industrial Disease team expands, they are seeking a solicitor to manage a caseload focused on Hand Arm Vibration, Short Tail, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims. You’ll handle complex disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documentation, investigating quantum and liability, and navigating the litigation process.
