As the firm’s Industrial Disease team expands, they are seeking a solicitor to manage a caseload focused on Hand Arm Vibration, Short Tail, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims. You’ll handle complex disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documentation, investigating quantum and liability, and navigating the litigation process. The firm provides comprehensive training, strong support, and clear pathways for career progression.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with experience in occupational disease litigation
- Solid understanding of the litigation process
