The Role

Industrial Disease Solicitor – Manchester / Birmingham / Leeds

As the firm’s Industrial Disease department continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join the team, managing a caseload primarily focused on Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) matters.

The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury, preferably with exposure to industrial disease claims. A strong understanding of the litigation process, along with experience in drafting legal documents and reviewing case materials, is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex cases, including detailed investigations into liability and quantum, and the thorough review of medical and employment records.
