Job Description
Industrial Disease / Military Claims Solicitor – Manchester – Hybrid
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a top tier Legal 500 firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal and Catastrophic Injury.
The firm is recognised nationally for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury team, it is now seeking a Solicitor to work alongside existing Partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The successful candidate will handle a small caseload of complex Personal Injury claims including military injury claims from inception to settlement. Strong expertise in managing multi-track cases is essential, along with a proven history of running a varied caseload of high-value matters.
Litigation experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The Candidate
- 3+ years PQE Solicitor with experience of handling a multi-track cases
- Experience of managing complex Industrial Disease and/or Military claims
- Litigation experience is desirable
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
