A Tier 1 Legal 500 firm with a stellar reputation in healthcare law is looking to appoint a senior hire—Legal Director or Partner level—into its expanding Healthcare Regulatory team in Manchester. This is a rare opportunity to lead on complex regulatory matters while helping to grow the firm’s regional presence within a supportive, nationally recognised healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a varied caseload of regulatory matters: inquests, disciplinary proceedings, public inquiries, CQC issues, and statutory regulator defence (GMC, GDC, GPhC, NMC, etc.)
  • Lead and develop client relationships across the healthcare sector
  • Drive business development strategy and sector growth in Manchester
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers within a collaborative team
  • Actively raise your profile through networking, thought leadership, and client engagement
  • Meet billing targets while maintaining high standards of service

  • Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner with solid healthcare regulatory experience
