This is a superb opportunity to join a respected and long-established law firm known for delivering specialist legal advice to both individuals and businesses across a wide range of practice areas. The firm is particularly recognised for its strong client service and high-calibre Crime and Regulatory work, along with a reputation for excellence in other specialist fields.
As part of the firm’s continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to support a senior figure in the team, primarily focusing on regulatory matters and inquest work. The caseload is corporate-focused, covering areas such as health and safety and environmental cases, rather than traditional insurer work.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Health & Safety law and Inquest proceedings.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in Health & Safety or Inquest work
- Strong ability to manage deadlines, prioritise effectively, and handle a diverse caseload
- Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- High level of attention to detail and strong legal drafting skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Comfortable liaising with a range of internal stakeholders and external contacts
