This highly regarded national practice, consistently recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a Corporate Partner to support the continued growth of its Glasgow office and wider Scottish presence.
The role will be based in the firm’s Glasgow office, working closely with an established group of partners and a well-regarded corporate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and accelerating the firm’s growth in Scotland, leveraging national capability while deepening relationships across the local market.
The position will involve a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. Instructions will be generated through a combination of local client relationships and referrals from the firm’s national client base.
This role will suit an ambitious corporate lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively within an established team, while contributing to business development and the expansion of the firm’s Scottish platform. The firm offers genuine influence at partnership level, strong cross-office support and a collegiate culture with a clear focus on work-life balance.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting key client relationships, contributing to firm-wide business development initiatives and helping to drive the continued growth of the Glasgow corporate team as part of the firm’s wider national strategy.
