The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and progressive Hertfordshire practice with a long history and a reputation built on providing outstanding service and legal advice.
Year after year, the department has been ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500, Band 1 in the Chamber and Partners UK 2025 and ranked in Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2025.
The senior Family Solicitor with experience in complex marital finance matters, divorce & civil partnership dissolution, pre & post nuptial agreements, international relocation and issues around children.
You’ll be supervising and developing members of the team and acting as a role model for others and demonstrating an ability to balance fee-earning and non-fee-earning work.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join a highly reputable Family team in Hertfordshire.
The Candidate
- Family Solicitor with minimum 5 years PQE
- Attend marketing/networking events for the firm to bring in work
- Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential
- International experience would be advantageous however, this is not essential
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
