About the Job

Family Legal Director – Up to Β£80,000 salary + Bonus

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 regional law firm as a Legal Director. The existing client base consists of HNW and UHNW individuals and families across the North West.

The firm is widely recognised for its work on a broad range of family law matters including divorce, ancillary relief, child arrangements, prenuptial and pre-partnership agreements.

This full-service practice will allow the incoming candidate to work with the Partner to help shape and grow the existing team, as well as work alongside experienced fee earners. The full-service law firm also has a strong real estate, private client and corporate/commercial departments, working collaboratively with the family team.

A strong business network in Manchester, a genuine reason for leaving their current practice and an ambitious mindset is essential to the position.

The Candidate

  • Family Senior Associate/ Legal Director with at least 6 years post-qualification experience gained at a reputable law firm
  • A portable client following would be advantageous
  • Sound technical ability and excellent commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated success in high-value and complex cases
  • Strong academic profile
