Renowned for its client-first approach and legal excellence, the firm is expanding its Healthcare Regulatory practice and is seeking a talented Associate/Solicitor to join its high-performing team. You’ll work on a broad spectrum of regulatory matters including disciplinary proceedings, NHSE and CQC investigations, supporting both private care providers and NHS Resolution.
This role suits a driven legal professional with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, a solid grounding in healthcare regulation and proven advocacy experience. With a steady pipeline of complex instructions, the firm offers a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of healthcare regulatory matters, including Fitness to Practice, NHSE and CQC investigations
- Deliver expert legal advice and representation to healthcare professionals and organisations
- Engage in advocacy across various forums
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal training initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–8 years’ PQE
- Demonstrable experience in healthcare regulatory law, particularly Fitness to Practice cases
- Confident advocate with experience in hearings and tribunals
