Crime and Regulatory Solicitor / Legal Director – Regional Offices – Up to £120,000 A well-established national practice with a strong reputation in complex criminal and regulatory matters is seeking a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor / Legal Director to join its growing team across its Regional Offices. The firm is recognised for handling high-profile and sensitive matters across a range of regulated sectors, acting for public sector bodies, corporates and other organisations. The Crime and Regulatory Solicitor / Legal Director will advise on complex investigations, enforcement action and regulatory proceedings, working closely with clients on strategic and reputationally sensitive matters across the firm’s Regional Offices. Leading criminal enforcement and regulatory prosecution work on behalf of regulators and public sector clients Conducting advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court and, where required, the Crown Court Supervising and supporting junior lawyers involved in criminal investigations and regulatory prosecutions Assisting with the defence of regulatory investigations and proceedings brought by enforcement agencies and public bodies Experienced Senior Associate, Legal Director or equivalent with a background in criminal, regulatory or enforcement work Salary up to £120,000 depending on experience ~25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell) ~ Flexible and hybrid working across national offices ~ Sick pay and enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay ~ Private medical insurance and life assurance 3x salary ~ Season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme ~ Clear career progression within a nationally recognised team ~ A supportive and collaborative culture with ongoing training and development Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone .
