As part of the continued growth of a leading Healthcare Team, this highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their team. You’ll work alongside a well-established team, managing a broad range of regulatory matters including inquests, Court of Protection cases, Deprivation of Liberty issues, and Information Law.

With a consistent flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and technically proficient lawyer to make a meaningful impact while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of healthcare regulatory matters, from routine to complex
  • Represent clients in inquests and Court of Protection proceedings
  • Advise on Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law issues
  • Engage in advocacy across relevant forums
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in healthcare regulatory law
  • Advocacy experience is essential
  • Capable of handling a diverse caseload independently
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape
  • Excellent technical and organisational skills
  • Pragmatic, methodical, and commercially aware
  • Committed to delivering high-quality client service

Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

Modern city centre office

25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase additional days
