Employment Associate – National Law Firm - Salary up to £80,000

I’m working with a highly regarded, award‑winning national law firm that is looking to expand its Employment team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a Chambers & Legal 500 ranked team with a strong reputation across the UK.

As part of this growing team, you’ll work on a wide range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including:

  • Defending Employment Tribunal claims for high‑profile clients
  • Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures
  • Supporting corporate deals, TUPE matters, and outsourcing arrangements
  • Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies
  • Building strong relationships with major employers in retail, financial services, and the public sector
