I'm working with a highly regarded, award‐winning national law firm that is looking to expand its Employment team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a Chambers & Legal 500 ranked team with a strong reputation across the UK.

As part of this growing team, you will work on a wide range of contentious and non‐contentious employment matters, including:

  • Defending Employment Tribunal claims for high‐profile clients
  • Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures
  • Supporting corporate deals, TUPE matters, and outsourcing arrangements
  • Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies
  • Building strong relationships with major employers in retail, financial services, and the public sector

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in Employment law
  • Experience acting for employers/respondents on a broad range of issues
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Interest in business development and client relationship management
