Job Description About the Job We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading top 100 law firm, specialising in Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury, based in Manchester. Employers’ Liability – Litigation Executive (Grade C) Manchester – Hybrid Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Personal Injury EL / PL department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive who will be accountable for managing your own caseload advising on liability and quantum on Fast-Track and Multi-Track cases. The ideal candidate will have experience handling their own EL/PL caseload. Litigation experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate will handle their cases from initial instruction to settlement, including drafting witness statements, reviewing expert evidence, instructing medical experts and counsel, attending conferences and trials, assessing quantum and making offers of settlement. The Candidate Paralegal / Litigation Executive with experience of handling an EL / PL caseload Litigation experience is desirable Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
