Due to the development and continued growth of this firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a Lawyer to run a caseload of RTA cases valued to £1Million and assist on a case load of Complex & Catastrophic Personal Injury cases in excess of £1M. You will be working at a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm and this is a really great opportunity to work on a variety of high quality work with the support of other lawyers and paralegals. You will be handling cases with complex indemnity concerns and should be familiar with Article 75 / MIB / Road Traffic Act 1988 / Policy Avoidance.
