Court of Protection Associate Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £65,000 salary + Bonus
Due to expansion, this leading law firm’s award-winning Private Client team, is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and technically strong Associate Solicitor / Legal Executive. For the successful candidate this role offers excellent career progression within the firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-value Property and Affairs Court of Protection matters as well as supervising junior members of the team.
The Candidate
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 years of post-qualification experience in Court of Protection or Private Client
- Experience in Property & Affairs applications to the Court of Protection
- Strong client care, commercial awareness, and presentation skills
- Confident managing deadlines and delivering work profitably
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Professional, ethical, and a collaborative team player
- Experience supervising or mentoring legal professionals would be desirable
