The Candidate: Proven experience as a Costs Draftsperson, managing your own caseload. Strong grasp of costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules. Proficiency in preparing Points of Dispute and reviewing replies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
