About the Opportunity Corporate Senior Associate/Legal Director – Up to £105,000 + Benefits Package The market leading international firm advises blue chip clients on a wide range of issues including full spectrum of matters including M&A, private equity, and PLC transactions. The national team have significant experience in high-value transactions, often cross-border. With excellent rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, the firm seeks a highly capable senior Corporate Solicitor, to bolster the national team and encourage the continued growth of the highly successful practice. This opportunity is well-suited to a high-performing lawyer, seeking to utilise their experience and take the next step in their career, taking a lead role within the team, servicing high profile clients around the globe. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working alongside senior Partners, leading on complex transactions, and building longstanding relationships locally, nationally, and internationally. You will be joining an excellent team with expertise across multiple disciplines, including strong technical ability across a variety of sectors including Energy, Financial Services, Leisure, Real Estate and Retail and Consumer markets.
