Corporate Partner – Manchester – Up to £180,000 + Excellent Benefits

This national law firm, highly regarded in the market and consistently recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a Corporate Partner to further strengthen its Manchester office.

The firm has a well-established and growing corporate practice nationally, advising high-quality clients across a broad range of sectors. It is known for its collaborative, partner-led culture and pragmatic commercial advice.

The Manchester corporate team is already well embedded in the local market, with a solid platform and strong internal support. This role offers the opportunity to play a key strategic role in the next phase of growth, working closely with colleagues across the wider North West and national corporate teams.

The work will be broad and high quality, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. Instructions will be generated both locally and through the firm’s established national client base.

This opportunity will suit an ambitious corporate lawyer who is keen to take on a visible role within a growing Manchester practice, with a genuine opportunity to shape the team’s direction, develop client relationships and contribute meaningfully to business development.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the firm, supporting key client relationships, contributing to tenders and BD initiatives, and helping to drive the continued growth of the Manchester corporate offering as part of the firm’s wider national strategy.
