This highly regarded national practice, consistently recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a Corporate Partner to launch and lead its Leicester corporate presence. This represents a rare opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong and growing corporate practice across the UK, while taking ownership of a strategically important role.

The role will involve a broad spread of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. Instructions will be generated through a mix of local business development and referrals from the firm’s established national client base.

This position will suit an entrepreneurial corporate lawyer motivated by building a practice, developing relationships and growing a team. The firm offers meaningful influence at partnership level, strong cross-office support and a collegiate culture with a genuine focus on work-life balance.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, contributing to strategic growth initiatives, supporting key client relationships and driving the expansion of the Leicester corporate offering as part of the firm’s wider national strategy.
