Corporate Partner – Up to £180,000 salary + Excellent Benefits

This national practice with an excellent reputation, in both the market and Legal 500 Rankings, is seeking a Corporate Partner to bolster its Leeds office.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong and growing corporate practice across the UK. The firm has an excellent reputation for advising high-quality clients and is recognised for its collaborative, partner-led approach.

The role will be based in the firm’s Leeds office, which is currently undergoing a period of strategic growth. The successful candidate will benefit from close collaboration and support from the wider North West and national corporate teams, while playing an integral role in the continued expansion of the Leeds offering.

The position will involve a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters. Instructions will be generated both locally and through referrals from the firm’s established national client base.

This role will suit an ambitious corporate lawyer seeking a platform to grow their profile in the Leeds market, with a clear expectation and opportunity to contribute to business development and client relationship growth. The firm offers genuine scope for progression alongside a supportive, collegiate culture and a strong focus on work-life balance.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting the development of key client relationships, contributing to tenders and business development activity, and helping to drive the growth of the Leeds corporate team as part of the firm’s wider national strategy.
