Construction – Senior Associate – North West – Up to £90,000 salary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the Construction team at a well-established and growing regional law firm. The department is recognised for its specialist expertise in both contentious and non-contentious construction law and supports a diverse client base including SMEs, developers, contractors, and high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will handle a wide range of matters including contract drafting and negotiation, project advisory work, dispute resolution, adjudications, and litigation. You will be involved in high-value and complex construction work and play a key role in mentoring junior team members. The firm offers a supportive and ambitious culture, with a clear pathway for progression and regular promotion opportunities based on performance rather than PQE.
The Candidate
- Construction Solicitor with 6+ years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
- Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters
