Job Description Construction Litigation – Partner – Up to £180,000 salary The Role This is an excellent opportunity within a leading boutique practice who are looking to bring in a Construction Partner to expand its offering and to further develop its presence in Manchester. The firm provide specialist advice to a mixed portfolio of clients including large corporations and ultra high net worth individuals. The Construction team are regularly instructed to advise on large-scale construction disputes relating to a mixture of transport, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects in the UK. You’ll need to be dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on the most complex of disputes as well as have the drive to help this department flourish. The role requires extensive knowledge and strong experience in Construction disputes, adjudications, arbitrations and a good working knowledge of standard forms. As this is a partner/senior opportunity, you will need to possess strong networking skills and the ability to generate leads.
