The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals and landlord tenant work
- Supporting development and investment transactions nationally
- Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and related documentation
- Managing your own caseload with strong partner support where needed
- Working closely with experienced lawyers on high-value and complex transactions
- Building strong client relationships within a well-established regional client base
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
