The Role
Commercial Property Solicitor – Up to £80,000 salary
This boutique law firm is recognised for providing commercial property services, which including property transactions, leasing, and other legal matters related to real estate. Their impressive client base consisting of major retailers, leisure operators, property developers and local authorities.
Whilst an already thriving practice, the ambition of the firm is to develop even further by bringing on an Associate/Senior Associate to work with their existing team to continue to grow the department.
The Candidate
- Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
- Strong commercial acumen with a passion for business development
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
